I could go for one of these, especially if the ingredients were basically like those of a BLT, just without the bread of course.

Photo looks like there's cheese in there, maybe to help hold the bacon slices together (?) If necessary, I could deal with that.

I'd think that if the bacon were extra crispy (the way I like it), a Bacos would get super crumbly and therefore a bit messy, but then the messiest foods are often the best-tasting.

This would be in the same food hybrid family as "Totchos" - tater tot nachos.
