I would like to purchase a ballet workout video, a really good one to give me a dancers figure, any suggestions?

If you want a dancers figure, you're gonna have to take several dance classes a week.

See, I already have a dancers figure, i have been taking ballet for a while, but my doctor told me to lay off the classes for around a month due to a medical issue but i still want to maintain my body and want a good tape to do so.

Maybe you should look into Pilates. I don't know what the medical issue is, but I know a lot of dancers to pilates when they have to lay-off dance for a bit.
