Baltimore Theatre Scene- or anyone from Baltimore?#1

I'm thinking about leaving NYC for Baltimore and just testing the waters. I am a producer/director with experience in stage management. If anyone can enlighten me on the Baltimore theatre scene and what its like- that would be great!
