Bloomberg said give me Congestion pricing & we will hold down fares
Hours after it being approved, word comes out fares go up. As long as there is enough money to pay benefits to workers that basically cover them until they die & their families etc. As long as they are not asked to sacrifice
Now i see why I do not believe a word any politican utters
