Beard trimmers

I'm looking at ANDIS for a nice beard trimmer, since I want to grow out my beard.
Has anyone used, or is currently using an ANDIS product? Are they good? GQ recommends both ANDIS and OSTER, but since the Oster website doens't list prices, I'm leaning towards ANDIS.

I trim my goatee with a $29 personal groomer I bought at Target. It doesn't make a hairswidth of difference to me.
