I'm hoping for a penalty nom. for next week. Then he can't be HOH or take himself off if he won POV. Then it would be bye-bye Ollie.

I was hoping for the exact same thing. However, reading the update boards, it doesn't seem as if BB has done anything to him. There is no mention of BB interevening or issuing any kind of penalty. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the last time this happened, the person was immediately removed from the house, no?

That guy that was throwing chairs around the backyard was kicked out the same night.. How did Ollie get away with it? I'm thinking CBS wont even show it

I started watching season 6, and I don't remember anyone being removed. I remember Jen getting a penalty vote for eating season 8.

In Season 2, there was a guy Justin who actually held a knife to someone's throat (Krista I think - why my brain is filled with this I don't know) and he was removed. Since then, I think people have been warned for things, but no one else that I can remember has actually been removed. I think their criteria is actual physical violence -- and as crazy as the feed reports that I read said Ollie got, I don't think the producers think there was any credible threat to the other houseguests' well being...

I was just going to mention Justin. And it was season 4 that Scott was kicked out for throwing the chairs. His ex ended up having sex on camera in the HOH later in the season.

UH OH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1:45 BBT The friendly conversation that just took place in kitchen between Keesha/Renny and Ollie/Michelle where the topic turned to Jerry now makes sense. The more they talked of Jerry, the more open the discussion became, with all of them agreeing that for all the times he's been on the block he's been ignored; they all agree with the notion that he should be viewed as a threat and be voted out sometime soon, that it would be bad if he's the winner of the half million dollars. When they are alone afterwards, Ollie and Michelle have a whisper fest, discussing their plan to get the others to vote Jerry out instead of Michelle.
Ollie corners Renny again as she gets out of the shower, where the topic again is how Jerry's avoided being booted so many times and their frustration with that, with Ollie constantly saying things like "that's what I like about you, Renny" each time she says something on the topic. The convo ends with Ollie saying half jokingly something about there being a "team Renny" because he so likes the way she thinks, and that he'd be on that team. He keeps telling her how much he likes her, and the proof is that's why he's kept her here. The discussion ends with him saying "and I might actually take you up on that" regarding a team Renny, and he seems to leave pleased that he's been successful planting the idea of getting rid of Jerry as a number one concern.
2:00 BBT Ollie back bugging Renny in the bathroom, finally asking upfront "hypothetically speaking....would you do it?" would she vote Jerry out instead of Michelle? She keeps busy but mutters a yup each time he asks. He then asks "would you do it this week?" He returns to Michelle and says "that's one completed", and tells Michelle he's been successful getting Renny to agree to vote Jerry out this week. Michelle asks if Renny was serious when she agreed to vote Jerry out this week; Ollie says he doesn't know. Ollie tells Michelle "we're good, we got a long time till Thursday". Michelle tells Ollie she asked production if she could talk to Renny alone in the DR so she could have privacy and they told her no, it's against the rules. Michelle tells Ollie that Renny has told her today to "stay calm, just stay cool", and seems to feel reassured about this.

I hope they don't fall for it. Manchelle has to go, then Ollie, then Jerry. That would be ideal...

I've been reading the update boards again and it seems that MANchele is still the target. We'll see.
I'm disappointed in the show tonight. They totally edited out Ollie's fit. They only showed him knock over the plant and throw a lollipop. I thought CBS would air at least some of it.

I remember Jen getting a penalty vote for eating season 8.
Yeah, for eating a turkey burger instead of slop. Meanwhile, Evil Dick physically assaults Jen and admits to receiving coded information from his son in letters from home and nothing happened to him. Don't expect Ollie to get penalized either. CBS is completely biased when it comes to penalties.
Last night, I was wondering about the Jerry angle as well. I thought it was sort of funny that NOBODY considered voting out Jerry, especially after he won the phone call from home. It's so obvious he would get the old-man sympathy vote, nbot to mention that he's a hot-headed lying hypocrite. Speaking of hote-headed hypocrites, Ollie should have been voted out weeks ago. If Dan was going to break the deal, I don't know why he put up Michelle before putting up Ollie. Michelle is more upfront and easier to read than Ollie, which makes her less of a threat in the long run. Ollie's a floating scum-bucket.
Dan could win this whole thing ONLY IF he can win the final HOH or find a way to get rid of Rennie (or at least Keesha). There is no way he could survive an F3 scenario unless he wins that final HOH. I don't think either of the women are stupid enough to sit next to him at the end.

Dan can only hope for second place. The jury will have Ollie, April, Jerry, and Michelle and those 4 will never give him a vote. Those 4 will be the majority and choose the winner.

CBS didn't show sh!t. I also wanted Ollie to be on the block. God, I hope he or the oldtimer don't get HOH.
If Renny can make it to the final 2, I think she will win easily.

Can't watch on Thursday. My local CBS station here in NYC, has decided to air a pre-season football game tonight. I will miss the double-eviction. They will air the episode at 1:30 AM and my VCR is broke. I cannot stay-up all night long. This is how CBS pays-back loyal "Big Brother" fans. It's a waste of time to watch.

I agree...if Dan was going to reneg on his HOH promise to Ollie and put up Manchelle, why not go for it and put Ollie up instead. His behavior couldnt be worse, noone would blame him, and the bigger threat would leave the house. I dont think Manchelle is a threat at all, she's the biggest idiot left in the house.

Doodle, no one in the house would blame him, but you have to look at who would be on the jury (Ollie, April, etc.) They are so driven by emotion that they would NEVER give them their vote to win. At least by Dan putting up Manchelle, he did hold up some aspect of his bargain (keeping Ollie in the game).

Perhaps, but stranger things have happened. Big Brother juries often like to choose strong players even when it conflicts with their personal feelings about the player (Evil Dick? Mike Boogie?). And you never know how the final statements could sway the jury.

That's true, Matt. They sometimes will vote for the lamest player because that person didn't make enemies. (Like Lisa over Danielle) But if the final 4 are the 4 we are hope, I think all of them played the game and deserve to win.
p.s. If I was Dan's mom, I would have written in his HOH letter - Dont wear that dumbass TAKEN shirt. You'll look like an idiot.
