My school is doing the musical big fish I was wondering if anyone knew any really strong alto belt songs for the witch? Thanks!

"With Every Breath I Take" from City of Angels really digs into those low notes that you'll need for Big Fish (but it's also a really sultry ballad, as opposed to an up-tempo). Same with "Bewitched, Bothered, and Bewildered" from Pal Joey. "Change" from A New Brain is a nice jazzy up-tempo alto belter.
Actually, "Kiss of the Spider Woman" from Kiss of the Spider Woman might be a solid fit. That's one hell of an alto belter, and not one that I hear often in auditions.
