He said that Obama was playing the race card, yesterday, and when he was asked today what he meant by that, he said he never said it. That it was just the press playing their games, and he wasn't going to play them. But he absolutely did say it. Just yesterday!!! So, he's either a liar or senile. Either way, he should just shut up.

Why does everything get compared to George Bush? Who gives a sh*t about George Bush? His wife's not running. Nor is Martha, in case you hadn't noticed. It does matter that he's lying. It hurts Hillary.

there's a difference between accusing a candidate and accusing their campaign.

He accused the campaign of planning the tactic. What he was asked today may or may not have been if he had accused obama or his campaign. One time CNN implied he had been asked one. The next time it was the other. They only show his reply.

So I dunno if he lied about anything. He reply was that they were not quoting him correctly.

From the NPR transcript..."I think that they played the race card on me, and we now know from memos from the campaign and everything that they planned to do it all along."

From the later MSNBC reporter..."what did you mean when you said the Obama campaign was playing the race card on you?"

That's exactly what he said and what he was asked. I heard both, live. I didn't need CNN or NPR. I did need C-SPAN, however, which is what I watch.

I think starting a topic about a politician who lies is not even news. I love Bill Clinton and think he was a great president but I'll be the first to admit that he lies and so does his wife (and I'm a Hillary Supporter)

FYI, I find both Hillary and Barak very interesting.

Because there have already been about a billion posts about that. Is there really anything left to say? Besides, you couldn't find my interest in George Bush if you used the Hubble Telescope. If it's no big deal, then why is everyone so defensive? And, if you're so interested in George Bush, why don't you start that thread? And, why haven't you answered my question?

I haven't answered your question because the answer is very lengthy. Barak has an interesting background. DO I need to post it? Can't you just google him? He brings a lot to plate not to mention that he has generated a lot of interest and people who ordinarily sit out elections are taking interest thanks to him. Hillary, what more needs to be said? You either love her or hate her.IMO, she is the most experienced candidate out of the three.She has 30 generals backing her, she has spent 8 years in the WHite House and I believe she was running the country with her husband and frankly, I like his track record. As for Old Man McCaine, he's no different than Bush.

its not that everyone is defensive, it's just old news that politicians lie. There have also been about a billion posts about Bill Clinton as well. Why not start one that says Obama lies? There, thats sort of fresh. Or John McCaine lies. I'm not going to not vote for someone if they lie. Politics is not that black and white.

I wasn't posting that politicians lie, but that Clinton lied today, on an important day for his wife. It wasn't meant as a shocking revalation, but as a point of discussion regarding his impact on her campaign. And, why would I Google Obama when I'm asking what YOU find interesting about him?

Well, as for the impact of her campaign goes. She won!
I find Barak's appeal interesting. I find the fact that he is new and fresh and young somewhat appealing. I find his history from his family background to him winning his first term as senator pretty amazing.He's done well for being so young. However, I am also nervous about his lack of experience.Barak is a good speaker and he can motivate people which these days is saying a lot. Thats just a little of what I find interesting about him.

Of course. We should be discussing important things, like whether or not Obama was subtly giving Hillary the finger.
