Biopics...

Has there ever been a performance in a biopic that people did NOT call "amazing", "incredible", "(The actor in the lead role). CHANNELS. (Whoever he's playing)." I'm just trying to remember the last bad performance in a biopic because lately they've all been hitting their strides.

Kevin Spacey was not called amazing in Beyond the Sea. He was called desperate and inappropriate.

I'm tossing up between Loni Anderson as Jayne Mansfield or Ann Jillian as Mae West. Or Ann Jillian in "The Ann Jillian Story".
