For some strange reason the Blackberry Storm does not have WiFi so for that reason alone I personally would have passed on the storm, if I had the choice before purchasing my iPhone. If WiFi does not matter to you, there are a number of comparison sites that details both phones feature to feature, except for price which, to my knowledge, has not yet been released.

I got the Curve recently and I love it. I had the Instinct (Sprint version of the iPhone) and exchanged it because I didn't like the touch screen.
My Blackberry Storm arrives Saturday and I'm very excited.
It may not have wireless but it's Internet connection is "3G EV-DO Rev. A/CDMA technology – and (2100Mhz) UMTS/HSPA and quad-band EDGE/GPRS/GSM for global use."
I haven't got a CLUE what that means.
I'm sure only 1% of America does.^
My AT&T is up for upgrade in Jan. I haven't decided yet if I'll get an iPhone or a Storm; I have the BBPearl right now and I do really like it.
Hopefully I can go test drive a real storm before I have to decide; I went to look at the other new Blackberry for AT&T and was really annoyed that it was just a model with a fake screen, hahah.
Isn't this wireless?
Wireless Network
* UMTS/HSPA networks: 2100 MHz
* Dual-band 800/1900 Mhz CDMA2000 1X Ev-DO networks
* North America: 850 MHz GSM/GPRS networks
* North America: 1900MHz GSM®/GPRS networks
* Europe/Asia Pacific: 1800MHz GSM/GPRS networks
* Europe/Asia Pacific: 900MHz GSM/GPRS networks
"Verizon and AT&T boast impressive 3G networks that span across the United States. Verizon's 3G network runs on the CDMA-based EV-DO Revision A wireless technology, while AT&T uses the GSM-based HSPA. A study conducted earlier this year by ComputerWorld showed that while AT&T and Verizon offered similar data speeds for their 3G networks, AT&T offered slightly faster service for peak download speeds, average download speeds and average upload speeds. Added to this, the iPhone is able to take advantage of local Wi-Fi hot spots to download data, while the Storm is not. Thus, the ability to access Wi-Fi as a cheaper alternative to 3G data service gives the iPhone a slight edge in this category."

When you guys get the Storm I'm interested in hearing what you think about it after a couple weeks of using it.
The touch screen in vertical/horizontal formats - how easy is it to hit a wrong key?
My problem with touch screens is that sometimes you touch and nothing happens.
Yeah my iPhone 3G friends have said that it eats up the battery really quickly. They mostly use the Edge network or local WiFi that they can siphon.
Will I be able to post to the Off-Topic Board from my Storm? That could be dangerous.
Yes you will.

Battery life on most phones depend on how you use them. I have a 3G iPhone and can go for quite some time if I just use it as a phone. If, however, I choose to play movies or games then that's a different story.
The way they phrased it was that the connection to the 3G network was the reason, but I don't know if they do crap like watch movies on it too, haha. I have an iPod touch and that definitely makes a difference how long it will last.
The thing is... I hate to leave verizon.
Here is a video review I found.

Why would you have to leave Verizon? Aren't they coming out with the Storm on the 24th?
In regards to going with a iphone..
