I read a thread like this a while back and someone said Love Actually. I have yet to see it, so i'll just leave it at that.
I have, however, recently seen the last hour and a half or so of Vanilla Sky, and because it's so confusing I think it would probably make a good play. Please don't make Tom Cruise - related comments on this, I don't particularly like him either but that's not what it's about.
I'm currently writing two musicals, well, one is in writing and one is in waiting, but I don't want to give anything away just in case... (shifts eyes from side to side...)
The rain we knew is a thing of the past -
deep-delving, dark, deliberate you would say
browsing on spire and bogland; but today
our sky-blue slates are steaming in the sun,
our yachts tinkling and dancing in the bay
like racehorses. We contemplate at last
shining windows, a future forbidden to no one.
