I loved the thread about 'blow 'em out of the water tenor' songs but what about baritones? I am so sick of "If I Can't Love Her"
There aren't many out there that wholly belong to baritones that I know of... it would be fantastic to share...
I'll start with "If I Can't Love Her"- BATB and get it over with.

"Falcon In The Dive" from Scarlet Pimpernel is pretty intense. It has some quite high, notes, though, so be prepared. It's not a super well-known song, so people will probably be really intrigued when you sing it.
One of Rochester's songs from the musical version of "Jane Eyre" would also be great.
"Epiphany" from Sweeney Todd. (I've also heard the Johanna Quartet performed as a solo by a singer doing Sweeney's part.) Antony's version of "Johanna" is often sung in baritone range, as well.
Of course "Stars" or "Javert's Suicide," though I'm sure you're sick of those as well.
Some older ones-- "C'est Moi" from Camelot, "Some Enchanted Evening" from South Pacific, "Lonely Room" from Oklahoma (Jud's song), many songs from "Guys and Dolls," "My Defenses Are Down," from Annie Get Your Gun, and stuff like that.
And I know you're sick of "If I Can't Love Her," but have you tried Gaston's song, "Me?" That one is great.
