But it does matter because 1) the families of the dead have the right to know and 2) because the US needs the information to know how best to prepare.
Except if you said that during 2001-2008, you had "LIBRUL" angrily hissed at you and were accused of "not supporting the troops". During that time, I can't tell you how often I heard the right claim over and over the public did NOT have a right to know because it threatened national security.

A Supreme Court decision is not a bad thing- it's how our government is designed. Congress is trying something new- never tried before. Bob did a great job of explaining it. The Constitution created "recess appointments" for just this type of situation- a congress dead set on stopping the President from governing. So Obama tried to use it and the court said no. Not a huge thing. Now we know.
