Posted: 2/1/05 at 4:50pmAnyone remember the hotels of the Borscht Belt in the Catskills? I remember as a child we always went to the Pines for Thangsgiving. Those places always catered to a Jewish clientel. Basically because they always fed you and tried to find you a boy or girl friend. My parents always went to Grossingers or the Concord. Those three hotels are no longer in existance. however, Kutscher's still around I was there about three years ago. Times sure have changed.

The area I'm from isn't very far from all of those places. Of course, only a few of them are still in operation - and they were probably totally different when I went - but I remember going when I was a kid.
