I have never been to Ireland.

Joni Mitchell's Blue album - what a masterpiece.

My parents were each 1/2 Italian, so we never acknowledged the Irish side. It wasn't until I worked on a show where all the actors were from Ireland that I started to discover and fall in love with my Irish heritage and culture.
