I'm going- SO excited!! Anyone have any idea what to expect? Should I dress 'formal'-AKA gown worn to Tony's several years ago? Casual, yet gussied up? What if Tim Gunn hates my outfit-not that I care, I just love him!! ADORE Kathy Griffin, prepared to bust a gut laughing- what's a gut though!?!!
Any kind of feedback is much appreciated!!!!

It is a black tie event. You can't go wrong with a black dress.

Is it really black tie? I'm going as well, and I want to make sure I dress appropriately! Do you think it's formal dress for everyone, or is there a different standard for us 'normal' people? The invite said absolutely nothing (besides "festive"; what does that mean?!).

dress how you like. the entire thing is supposed to be funny, so i just assume that if you dress up you have a better chance of getting seats in camera view near the celebs.

Had no idea what this was, so Google was my friend. Ran across this statement:

I simply don't know what to think about that.
