I never catch the start of it so I don't know the name. It mainly takes place in a hospital. Lots of operations and sex.

from your detailed description i think you're talking about either CASUALTY or HOLBY CITY! Eastenders has gone crap anyway... i don't actually watch the soaps religiously but what's the current story line with Eastenders in the USA?

Well there was an affair happening in Holby... what am i saying theres been about 9 in the past season. Holby is on later at night and has had moderate nudity in it before so i think that is the most likely option!
