I just want to go home. Did I mention that I am getting sick thanks to the hubby? Oh and I started South Beach so no carbs for me for the next two weeks. *pout*

Posted: 4/24/06 at 5:34pmthe crust is carb loaded, and apples have natural sugar which is a no no for phase one of south beach. I am limited to veggies and lean meats for 2 weeks, maybe more if I feel like losing extra weight quicker. *headdesk*

Yeah, carrots I can do. (they are allowed on the revised South Beach plan)
Breakfast- two hard boiled eggs
Lunch- three meat and cheese rolls (healthy choice chicken and turkey), raw broccoli and califlower
Dinner- grilled hamburger patty with steamed broccoli and carrots
dessert- sugar free/fat free fudge pop (I was shocked that that was allowed, but I'll take it)
To drink for all meals- water

Harris if it makes you feel any better about it let me tell you about the pets my mom and I had on our farm when I was younger. We got 5 calfs and bottle fed them until they were weened, then we kept them for another year. We decided to sell them, but my mom made the person who bought them swear they wouldn't have them slaughtered for meat. They ended up being pets for their grandkids. Those cows are still alive today. And I have moved well away from that farm.
