Can anyone explain the Carlton Card Broadway Ornaments to me?
Here's what I understand

1999 1st Phantom
2000 2nd Phantom - The Phantom Reflections, Showboat
2001 3rd Phantom - All That the Phantom Asks of You
2002 4th Phantom - Masquerade, The Sound of Music
2003 5th Phantom - (considered final in series), Oklahoma
also Mini Phantom Ornament
2004 - ??????????, Annie
2005 The King and I(considered 7th in B-way series)
2006 Phantom - The Music of the Night

Anyone know any others? Other brands?
