Broadway Student Summit
“Connecting Theatre Students on Broadway”

WHO: The Broadway Student Summit is designed primarily for high school and college students, although it would also be appropriate for mature middle school students who are serious-minded and have a sincere interest in the theatre. *Students may attend either as part of a group or independently (with permission from a parent or guardian.)

WHAT:?The program features 3 days of classes, a ticket to a Disney's NEWSIES on Broadway, a post show discussion with cast members, and a private feedback session with a Broadway casting director (not required.) Every student will work directly with Broadway’s best and brightest performers, choreographers and musical directors.

All participants in the Broadway Student Summit will see Disney's NEWSIES on Broadway, meet with the cast, and work with members of the cast and creative team!

WHEN:?Session A: November 10 - 12, 2012
?Session B: January 19 - 21, 2013?
Session C: Feburary 16 - 18, 2013?
Session D: April 5 - 7, 2013

WHERE:?Broadway's Pearl Studios, 500 8th Avenue at 35th Street, home to major Broadway auditions and rehearsals.

TUITION:Students: $399*
Teachers/Chaperones: One Free Tuition/Show Ticket with every 10 students.
Those accompanying less than 10 students receive a tuition reduction to $349*.
Group payments: Spots for groups can be held with a deposit of $200/person. The
remainder is due 90 days in advance of your session.
*Please note: This covers the cost of the show, audition/feedback session and workshops but does not include hotel, travel or food.

HOW TO APPLY:?You can fill out an online application (there are separate STUDENT and TEACHER applications) and pay with a credit card, or download and print an application and mail it to us with check, purchase order, or credit card information.

THE GOOD STUFF: 5% of ticket proceeds are donated back to a non-profit organization or charity that the group selects through Givenik.com
