Is Brown considered a small school? Also, I think I may want to major in business and minor in voice. What schools could I do that in? (According to a personality test I took on usnews.com, I should look at small schools)

It's got 5,700 undergrads and 7,600 total, so it's medium-small, but not really small. Small is 2,000 or less, I'd say.

AND you'll be in the same town as Trinity Repertory Theater, Spike's Junkyard Dogs, Lupo's Heartbreak Hotel, WaterFire, and MegaPlex.

I met Bette Midler there, touring with her daughter.

I doubt Brown has a pre-professional program like Business. Elite universities and colleges rarely have business programs. Think about Economics, or consider the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, which is undergraduate and business, and is the best you can get anywhere for that. UPenn has a really tiny undergrad music department, though.
