I am not a member of A Times either and the article shpws up for me.
It's in regards to Bush saying, "We've never been 'Stay The Course'" and the fact that you can Google hundreds of times where he has said it.
But then again, we've all heard him over an over again....

Ah yes, rest in peace "Stay the Course."
The trial balloons for its replacement, "Do you want the US to win in Iraq or not?" lacks that special something that "Stay the Course" brought to the discussion hundreds of times over the past coupla years.

I wonder what John Kerry was supposed to be lying about?
Franly the whole "Stay the Course" thing is a bafflement to me. Did they not realize that they had used that phrase literally thousands of times already?

Even though the subject is much more complex and the answer is much more complicated than yes or no.

On Laura Flanders's show tonight she played Tony Snow saying that they "went back and could only find, like, eight times he ever said 'stay the course'," and then they played a sound collage of 30 distinctly different times W said "stay the course." But, like OJ Simpson, the adminstrations SAYS he didn't do it, so he didn't do it.
