NO NO NO!!

It has to be Cain/Bachmann. I want all those racist right-wingers to keep their word that they would never vote for a black person. My guess is, regardless of the 2008 election, there are still a number of those who don't like the idea of a woman in such high office, either. Let them run to their Independent candidate.

Cain is way too arrogant to step down from running. Again, I DO NOT FEEL SORRY FOR HIS WIFE! She is just as bad as he is. She stood by his side on live TV while he said she believed all these charges against him are lies. She was clapping and nodding her head in agreement. She is a bigger idiot than her husband is. So,when she files for divorce down the road,I hope this tape is played non stop.

As for Herman blaming the media for all of this and not himself says alot about him and the Republican's idea of what should and should not be reported on. If there is a great sex scandal involving John Edwards or Anthony Weiner or a Democrat, report it. Its the people's right to know what kind of person these politicians are.

If a GOP Politician gets caught in a bathroom stall soliciting sex or caught hiring hookers, the media suddenly becomes left and unfair. In Herman's case,he helped a woman for 13 years financially and did not tell his wife. He did ALL of this while asking for nothing in return? How dumb does he think the American people are? Forget all the cell phone records. The fact this scumbag has to LIE and evade responsibility is further proof this guy is NOT Presidential material.

ANYONE this arrogant is not going to give up all this attention. Since he suspended his campaign, that means he can still accept donations. I hope once people 'wise up' and the money stops pouring in then he will officially drop put.How any idiot could support this guy is a mystery. Just like Trump. A joke.

Like many of the GOP candidates, he bets that Americans are dumber than he is. And after two terms of Dubya, I can see where they would make that assumption.

I *do* feel sorry for his wife. She has invested several decades in building a life with this man. It is possible for rational, intelligent women to not see the forest for the trees because they have given their partner their trust. Discovery that one has been lied to and that nothing in their life is as they thought it was affects different women in different ways. It's easy to say that she should dump the bum, but it's not quite that simple or uncomplicated. Sometimes she loves the man enough to work through it. I am especially sympathetic to political wives who take a stand because they believe in the vow of truth they gave each other in their wedding vows. And for women like Hillary, Huma, Mrs. Spitzer, the multitude of Congressional wives, many Republican, and yes, Gloria Cain they have the added humiliation of having it played out in public. I respect those who don't show up at the press conference in a show of support, but I understand why some of them do. They are trying to hold on to some shred of the life they thought they were living.

They have been married for over 40 years. She HAS TO KNOW about his cheating. From what I hear, they don't see each other very much but still, she has to be aware of his cheating. I'm sure she is 'taken care of' financially so she tolerates it. For her to stand by her cheating scumbag of a husband while he stands on stage LYING about how the women he abused are liars is disgusting. These women were sexually abused by this woman's husband and she could care less. SHE IS TRASH LIKE HER HUSBAND so I disagree.STRONGLY.

Herman will go back to his old habits now that he is out of the race and I hope the media watches him like a hawk. He will slip up,he is just that arrogant. The tabloids will get photographic evidence of him cheating and his wife will be humiliated.I hope they show the video over and over of her standing by her cheating husband while she looks for public sympathy. She can't have it both ways.

No she doesn't. She could honestly have had no idea at all. That's the ugly possibility of every relationship, regardless how long you've been together. I don't know what she actually knows any more than you do, but making assumptions about her state of mind is not going to reveal any facts.

We'll never know for sure but from what I have read and Herman traveling so much and the allegations against him the settlements and payouts,I just have a hunch she knows her husband is not faithful.Maybe she has the hunger for power like her husband and just wants to be first lady.Like you said, who knows? Time will tell. I would be very curious if she files for divorce after all of this.

She's an older woman who married with Conservative expectations and verbalized his belief in Family Values. I've seen no evidence that she sought the limelight. She stayed away from the campaign trail and only came out when she believed her husband was being unfairly attacked. She trusted Herman out on the road because that was part of their vows. You either trust someone or you don't, and to be suspicious when you have been given no reason to be, can be an intolerable way to live. And I have no doubt that he, being a big businessman who traveled and all, had no trouble finding time he didn't have to account for to his wife.

Is she naive? Sure. Does she have appalling taste in men? Absolutely. But whether she suspected or not doesn't matter. She may very well have not believed that he sexually harassed the first four women. But the 13 year dalliance has probably made her a lot less sure about the allegations. I'm just saying that unless I have totally missed the boat on this one, she hurt, angry, humiliated, and her whole world (as she thought it was) is in shambles. I may hate her politics and despise her husband, but I'm not ready to make her the bad guy here. As far as I'm concerned, she's probably just another one of his victims.

Is Herman Cain Endorsing a Candidate actually a good thing? I mean, does a real candidate really want Cain's endorsement?

Maybe Newt will draft Herman to be his running mate.

Newt's hoping for Donald Trump's endorsement. It's like a parody, but who's writing it?
