Calling all computer wizards! Please help me! Anyone?

I have some sort of problem with my computer. For some reason, I can't access any secure internet webpages. For example, if I try to order a book on amazon.com, an error message comes up. Same thing with ticketmaster.com. Please help me fix this! The answer could be, and probably is, staring me in the face, but please excuse my computer illiteracy, and HELP! Thanks!

Check your security settings.
In Internet Explorer go to Tools -> Internet Options
Then click on the "Security" tab. If you want, try to add Ticketmaster to your list of "Trusted" sites. Then go to it, and see if it works.
