Brd - feelings and tension will be high this week in your house. Take cover now.
LOL...LS..the CD is titled "White Russian"..figured it's named after a drink..hahahaha..okay off to bed. Now where's my bedroom? Maybe I'll just sweep here.
Meeting #1 done.
Moony, there's something in the air this year. We've had two resignations at my university (well, retirements, actually, and long overdue in my opinion but that's another story, never mind, anyway...)
And my sister is planning to retire from her school in August.
Shamey- whats going on there nothing done, we have only a week and still much more to do, get pounding
oh and my mom out of the blue, got me the in the hights cd, it a great cd to shake your ass to.
It does look a bit dirty in these parts....sweeping would be nice

Deet - unfortunately two of these resignations are due (in large part) to the head of the Performing Arts Dept. He's arrogant and a bully but I manage to put him in his place on a regular basis. Others don't have the patience or fortitude. It's a shame because he's also got great creative vision and is extremely well organized. Just NOT a team player.
Moony, my years working in advertising and academia have led me to the unfortunate conclusion that many people with great creative vision are not team players. That's what makes the ones who are so much more valuable.

Like someone I know.....
You just say the sweetest things about me!
Being a team player is hard for some of us. We need people to reign us in when we are being difficult - I try to keep an eye on that, and hope that I'm learning to play fair. The difference is that I know I have a hard time with it and accept it when people call me on it.
Most of the time.
It's downright impossible sometimes. That's why I drink...
...iced coffee in the afternoon. Speaking of... See ya later!
Harris, I finished the bar. I think it turned out pretty nice.
But, I can't take all the credit. I had some help.

Speaking of YUM....

What's your name, again?
I'll have some of what he's drinking ...
Maybe I can hire them to build me a bar too.

moony - you know what they say: the difference between a straight guy and a gay guy is a six-pack.
How could a straight man build a bar that gay? I mean, look at all that carving!
Hey Girly! In case you were wondering, I hate North Jersey!

"the difference between a straight guy and a gay guy is a six-pack"
Yeah, well.....he doesn't touch alcohol.
First of all, the bar is done in an old English style. Granted, gay and European are often confusing.
And the guy in the first picture definitely isn't gay. You're just gonna have to trust me on that one.
I trust you.
And of course, there are so many straight men who know "Old English Style."

Trust her, I tell you. Trust me on this.
Yeah. Sure. Will trust. *crosses fingers*
Is that another handkerchief reference?
Okay, so it was shipped in pieces. You caught me. But we did assemble it ourselves.
