Wonderful - how special for all of you! I'm doing something special with my parents this year on their anniversary. My step-dad is turning 75 this year, but I have to grab their anniversary to do something special - they're going on a cruise for his birthday

Yes, it's important to remember that. I've been having familial difficulties for some time - virtual estrangement from my sister being just one byproduct - and I have to keep in mind what the alternative can be.

Had a great evening - a friend's 50th birthday party, and it was a lot of fun. Today the weather is unexpectedly spectacular - low 70s and sunny, though I won't get a chance to enjoy it much since I have some work to get done today.
