Girly, I saw Adam last night. The show was great! I have to admit, I'm finally seeing why you girls are so crazy about him. A lot of former Broadway RENT cast members are on the tour. Merle Dandridge and Justin Johnston are in it. I'll have to check my Playbill to give you the rest. But, there were lots of familiar faces and voices.

i could so go for a good Adam fix soon. It's been too long. Glad you enjoyed it Pinky. And you saw my broadway girl crush, Merle. I love her so!

I still don't like it when they cast Maureen as a hyper little blonde chick.

Yes, merle is beautiful. I so wish I got to see her as Lady of the Lake in Spamalot. I didnt know she was in the RENT Tour because last I knew she was touring with Spamalot.

Good morning everyone. Prepping for Dad's arrival by showing him what an extremely clean and organized house looks like. He thinks rehab was hard? Wait 'til he has to start learning to clean.

Christmas party here this afternoon but I'm skipping out for some much needed free time. How's everyone's Friday?

We don't do holiday parties in Decemeber, my company waits a little while. This year we had it in the end of March, and next years is Feb 27. I kinda like it better that way. Don't have to compete with everyone's already busy schedules.

I'm with Moony - I don't do office parties.
(Just my own celebration with my group).
Greetings to all on this chilly (in NYC) morning. Have a long 'to do' list today... but would rather stay here and play.

No sand, but I was impressed!
Edit: Oh, and Sunshine, you know about my love for Sherie, but that Maureen comment just hurts my heart!

Speaking of play - the woman who organized this year's party has an AGENDA for the party! There is a new game played every 10 minutes. So much for sitting at a table and enjoying the meal and your friends.

Re: office parties: I go anywhere with an open bar. The companies I have worked for usually have somewhat elaborate parties. I loved Chris's old companies, they always did inventive things (granted there was 1/3 of the employees there). One year we went on a dinner/dance cruise around the Statue of Liberty, the next year was the Huntington Play House, One year it was at a Brazillian steakhouse place (where they come around with the endless supplies of meat), etc.

I've been in a little off and on funk. As Tink and I were discussing, I'd never realized how many freakin' depressing Christmas songs there are out there. Listening to the radio has become an emotional minefield!
The temps are hot. Too hot for this time of year. Although, it's cloudy and 76 right now. I'll take it.
And, my building is less than a mile from the airport. I can be there anytime!
