I've got my charm on. My best friend gave me a Yankees charm for Christmas 1996 right after the world series win and I've worn it with my grandma's cross ever since.

And yes it is still raining up here. But they expect it to stop this afternoon last i heard.

Girly, when the Lakers were in the Finals, and the day of the parade, I asked in advance whether it was OK to wear my hat (it was).

If the OTHER Yankee fans (not those on this thread, or even on this Board generally) were not so insufferable, I would probably root for them just so AROD gets his ring and gets all the critics off his back.

But, as a Dodger fan, it is hard to root for anything Yankees related.

So sorry to say that for the life of me I cannot possibly root for the Yankees. It's genetic. Plus being from Seattle, there's no way I would support any team A-rod is in.
