Back from my annual lube, oil check, tire check and instructions to migrate to a smaller model.
All is good. Except the need to move from a full sized to maybe a mid-sized body.

Deet - SO agree! I adore HGTV, but have started to turn off that show, because the formula is SOOOOOO annoying!
Ah, the hunks of HGTV. I met Scott at an industry function. He is even dreamier in person.
And, Candice. *sigh* What I wouldn't give to turn over the keys to my apartment and let her just Divine Design it to her heart's content. (I'd be in the poorhouse, but it would be stunning!) I literally dream about winning a makeover with her.
I even think I'm picking out a kitchen light fixture that is very Divine Design. It will be hugely impractical, but so are my marble countertops... and I'm getting them!
I don't know if this link will work - but it has a photo of the overhead light I think I want in my kitchen... (okay, the fact that the name of the fixture is Broadway may have sealed the deal!)

(I just have to figure out if it will be enough light where I need it. I can't do recessed, without dropping the ceiling - which is a NO - so I need to make sure I get the ligth where I need it. And I have to find a similar fixture that doesn't cost thousands of dollars. Sheesh!)

My sister and I played Tommy and Sarah on Friday. She's redecorating her son's bedroom for her new three year old grandaughter. Yellow walls, big mod floral spread with black and white polka dots. I'm rehabbing a regency shield back chair I found and painting it in glossy hot pink with a black and white polka dot seat. Cuteness!
