We just got a new doggie gate. Tall enough that Joop can't jump over with slats close enough together that the other 2 can't fit through. Joop sat in front of it looking at HC and me like, "bitches, what is this?"It was priceless ! Nice not to have climb over a gate now.

Posting from home - we have a two-hour delay, thanks to the ice storm. Unfortunately, I got up at 5:00am to chcek out the conditions and delay announcements and never got back to bed. But at least I can have a second cup of coffee, while watching GMA.

School starts today. Blechhhhh.

ETA: I thought of you, Moony, as I read this in New York Magazine about the final episode of "30 Rock;"

Cheyenne Jackson tickled me. AFTER ordering SoMMS a drink but NOT tickling him, and hanging out with Girly in his dressing room (where he DIDN'T tickle her) but BEFORE we got married. To others. And then he tweeted Boobs. He also tweeted he's good friends with some chick on "The Voice" who just happens to be good friends with Tink's ex. And I'm still married. Oh, and this just in: "Pettiness, spite, malice ....Such ugly emotions... So sad." - After Eight, talking about MEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so honored! :-)

My work consists of pushing a rock to the close to the top of the hill, getting kicked in the face, losing the rock, and then having to start over again, and again, and again.

In other words, a world of endless corporate reorganizations. And, YWIW is one of the only one's who has any idea of what was done before the last reorganization. Who needs to think when I can find the solution in my email archives.

I don't know how much more I can handle on the DA front!!!!

So saturday night I went out for Girls Night Out. Not even 15 minutes after sitting down to dinner at a random place.... most recent boy walks in (we have not spoken since I ended it almost 2 months ago). Of all the gin joints, in all the world. I have no luck.

Addy, thank you for the lovely thoughts. But, the weather is just fine in our neck of the woods. The horrendous rain, wind and floods are in northern states - Queensland and New South Wales. We do have friends who have been evacuated from their Queensland town. I can't imagine the oogy mess they will return to. Awful. The poor things.

Do need help with the packing? I've had quite a bit of practise.

The new season of Downton is delayed down here. Summer non-rating period and all that. Bleh! I'm trying very hard not to read any spoiler-rich articles and such.
