Howdy, Kids!
I'm in the office til about noon. Today is our first anniversary too. I'm a good employee.
So, what have I missed?
Oh, I skimmed back. Deet, that was hilarious, but Tink is the violent one, not me. 
And that "w" word doesn't scare me at all, which is a little scary in itself.

She's doing really well, especially, now that my A/C is working properly. But, the woman deserves a medal. She was at the softball field with me on Sunday from 8:30 until 3 for our tournament. Now, that's love.
My team nominated her for girlfriend of the year. LOL!

Another big division (that I don't work for) is being sold off. I guess in some odd way that provides more job security for me, since I work in the core business. A good friend yesterday in a non-core business just got her notice. She is more qualified than some of her counterparts that are staying, but it is more expensive to retain LA employees - so when possible, we have targets on our heads.

My mother went into labor with me on a Saturday night during the Miss America pageant - and she didn't get to see the end because of it. She still gripes about that to this day. I always thought she and SOMMS would get along
Happy Anniversary to the ladies. Normally, I would give a gift certificate for U-Haul, so they could deal with the third break-up (which they should surely be going through by now, being a whole year into their relationship ) That damn ocean makes it inconvenient, though.
I'll just send best wishes and some sunscreen.
