Cheyenne Jackson tickled me. AFTER ordering SoMMS a drink but NOT tickling him, and hanging out with Girly in his dressing room (where he DIDN'T tickle her) but BEFORE we got married. To others. And then he tweeted Boobs. He also tweeted he's good friends with some chick on "The Voice" who just happens to be good friends with Tink's ex. And I'm still married. Oh, and this just in: "Pettiness, spite, malice ....Such ugly emotions... So sad." - After Eight, talking about MEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so honored! :-)

And I suppose you don't have the option of just going to the store to buy a new one, and returning the one you ordered once it's shipped?
SO frustrating!
Not that it's the same at all, but I remember paying a fortune for 'overnight shipping' on an Amazon order once, because I needed the item the next day. Turns out they couldn't even ship it for at least 3 days, and then I got stuck with the overnight shipping charge anyway. When I spent exhausting hours challenging it, they said that they never promise the actual ship date - just the delivery method. I try never to use Amazon now...

I went through that with my teak decking from Overstock (be warned Shira). The sent me two emails to confirm shipping and then two with tracking numbers and a five day arrival notification. One month later, after more emails (they don't take calls), they tell me they are out of stock and were never shipped. Then how was I given eight tracking numbers and following them across the country from California? Of course, my card had already been charged. After more tracking and emails (now week eight) they emailed me to tell me that they were never shipped and were refunding my money. Huh? The very next day I get a promotional email announcing teak deck tiles at the same price I paid. I bought them and they arrived in two days.

I just called back because I am so frustrated....I may just keep calling all day...lol. This guy said, well nothing says it won't be shipped out today. HUH? The otehr person told me they weren't in stock, yet this guy says it still could be shipped out today. You just have to laugh! I'm almost to the point of telling them I want to cancel the order and I'm going to another provider.
