Even in the pictures I just got all happy and smilely (not my normal "at rest" state) looking at the two of them.
YWIW! I've absolutely had mornings when I read the thread and it all mashes up into some weird scene.
Coffee helps.
And the girl and Shames...just beautiful. In so many ways.
Moony, I'm so sorry to hear about your friend. Keeping you in my prayers!
...I am tempted to say I see some light at the end of this work tunnel. Tempted. Not actually going to say it yet (*knocks on wood*). But hopeful.
I love looking at all of the pictures. They make me smile. Just big, happy smiles!
My chins and I had a wonderful time!
I'm hungry.
Someone send me a tall Brit, stat!
...and send me his brother!
I just read back to see what I missed in my fly by posting.
Sending you hugs, Moony. So sorry about your friend.
Can we do that all again this upcoming weekend?

Girly - only if you take the show on tour - starting with the other coast
Moony - so sorry to hear about your friend.
Thankfully it gave me this weekend to enjoy, but I fear I may be "birthing" the stone soon! I'm definitely having some symptoms but trying not to be a hypochondriac like is possible in this state, but I dunno. Giving it a little bit more time before I call the Dr.
Fun Fun
Moony, let me echo the sentiment about your friend. I am sorry.

Yikes, Tink! At what point do you call the doctor?
Tinky, OUCH. I'm hoping only for the best.
Yes, we need to have Boobsie's birthday again. But in Los Angeles.

Tink - do you know Luvtheemcee? She's been dealing with the same issue, and just got past it. maybe you should talk to her and see what she did or had done.
Yes, me & Em have chatted. Ironic course of events.
I'm giving it a few more hours and then will call if I don't start feeling better.
Anywho - happy afternoon.
I've passed a stone -- big stone + little duct = OUCHIE, OUCHIE!!

Eh, I birthed a 9 pound baby.

I vividly recall a lovely woman from my youth - honestly, very elegant and refined - who, after listening to a man dismiss the rigors of natural chilbirth as over-inflated nonsense, said quite plainly (and loudly!) to him, "Go SH*T out a watermellon and get back to me."
That pretty much summed up whatever awareness I had - or would ever need or desire - of childbirth.
"Deet, you'd be such a wonderful parent who eats their young."
Yes. Lightly toasted with gobs of butter and salt.
So sorry to hear the news, moony. So tough ...
Ok, after the recommendations from deet and Q and harris all I really need is a financier/investor to let me direct all these great works. Deet - I'm including your play in this group.
Now I know why I tanned the other day.
Awww, DD!
Okay, I'm sitting in a pool of sweat. I'm outta here for a while to go someplace air-conditioned. Like Starbucks. Or Lord & Taylor.
(Shut up Shira, I just got a raise.)
I know I'll be bitching about the heat in about three weeks, but would love *some* heat now. We went crazy over the weekend when we finally hit 75 on Saturday! Of course we're back to high 60s and overcast.
Taking my party on the road...I like that.
My friend who was sitting at the table with Moony gave me a closing night Playbill to "RENT" If it goes missing I know where you both live Girly and Tinky!!!!
If your signed OBC poster has stayed safe this long, Boobs, have no worries about the playbill! :)
Cool gift, Boobs!
But, um, 'my friend who was sitting at the table with Moony'...
I believe there were a few of us sitting at that table.
*feels invisible*
