So while I was at the wedding on Friday night I found out that during the day they let 17 people go at my job. oy!

I have made it through but i am not looking forward to going back tomorrow.

Not yet. I still dont have all of the info. From what I am being told is that they are keeping "the best of the best". I know I am awesome and all but that just sounds like BS, lol.

We have a staff meeting Weds morning that is supposed to explain to us the new path the company is going and why this has happened, etc.

From some rumors I am hearing, there may be a transfer of me to the NYC office. It could be good on some aspects, but not so good on others. We shall see. But hey, I'll be working a few blocks away from D2 if I do! :)

When I was on vacation they let 1 guy go..which was fine being we called him the angry guy...and they hired the guy I asked them to. I am so happy about that. Today is officially his 1st day...no more consultant. See persistence does pay off
