'morning guys!

I talked to my best friend since childhood yesterday afternoon and found out her nephew, Adam, was diagnosed with testicular cancer. He'll be starting treatment in a week or so. That's about all I could get out of her, cause she was at work, nannying a few kids, and she didn't want to break down in front of them. They're out in CA, so if you guys could say a prayer or two, and send some good vibes westward, I'd really appreciate it.

I hung out with Cheyenne Jackson in his dressing room waayyyyyy before he tickled D2.

Glebby - such beautiful flowers! And what a wonderful way to start the day! If our company wasn't being audited right now, I'd pull out the little portable DVD player and watch it here. Unfortunately while those auditors are here we've got to at least LOOK like we're all working frantically... (I mean rather than our usual way of looking like we're working hysterically)

One of the big shopping malls here is all landscaped in great patches of petunias. They're all in bunches of deep purple and bright pink, with occasional small bunches of white here and there. I would never have thought of putting those purple bunches right in with the pinks but they look gorgeous. Being a life time apartment dweller, I never think about having flowers at home, but when I see these I wish I had a garden!
