It will be like the share I got from my Great Aunt Mina's estate Moony. It took the estate lawyer seven years to find all of her blood relatives -- 700 in total. My mother, as a niece received $700 and me and my siblings got $70 each. Woo hoo!

Wow - I'd forgotten the cousins group photo. That 'Leather Day' theme was a big hit. Such a scenic site, too. I can never visit the old family home enough.

Girly - Sorry, I guess I have been remiss on any concert reports. Bad Jungle! After Mika, I saw Fountains of Wayne and the True Colours tour with Cyndi Lauper and Erasure. This Wednesday, I'm seeing Diana Krall and Chris Botti in a jazzy show at Chastain. Later this summer we will attend shows by Dave Koz / India Arie, Indigo Girls, the B-52s, John Mayer / James Morrison, a Solid Gold Disco concert (!) and Michael Buble. Fall will bring Crowded House, Maroon 5 and The Police. Any concerts on your docket now, Girly? Any Daniel Reichard sightings?

The Police! I didn't even try for tickets. Look forward to hearing about that one!

The only concert on the immediate horizon IS Daniel! August 12. I can't wait!!

The Police were one of my faves from the wayback days - I couldn't pass the re-union tour up. Certain Police songs instantly transport me back to happy events that occurred 20+ years ago.

I know that you will have a great time at Daniel's show. Oh, What a Night!

One of my friend’s here is trying to coordinate dates to celebrate the two August birthdays in our little group. She started with about 11 dates, trying to celebrate 1 in the beginning of the month and the other towards the end. Poor thing seems to be running into a bit of trouble. The e-mails are quite hilarious.

At least it's keeping me somewhat entertained this afternoon.
