Awww, that stinks. Guess there's no getting out of the gig?
Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be enbered with your old nonsense. ~ Emerson

Nah... I already agreed, and it's a GREAT gig. I love the director. But it would've been fun to go up to Pride and hopefully run into Tiff.

Well, that's good. I heard it's supposed to rain in Vancouver that weekend, anyway. Hail even.

We had a wicked storm yesterday afternoon. Lots of limbs done and brief power outages but at least today and the next few days through the long weekend will be a very pleasant 24 (or 75F) or there abouts. Looking forward to forward to spending some time outside without melting.

We have a big softball tournament this weekend... the forecast calls for rain on Saturday. Let's hope it doesn't happen.

Tink, I saw your mortgage news, congrats! Two words: Fixed rate. Don't fall for that interest only or flexible rate crap. Trust me. Ouch.

Nobody ever answered my John Travolta question. I guess I'm the only one who thinks he looks like an over-stuffed Cabbage Patch Kid.
