I am not sleeping well. Too much stress. I wake up at 5:30 and just think. It's not good.

Yipes! Not good for the body or the mind. I usually do that sort of thing at 2:00am. The darkness makes everything seem even worse than it is. I don't recommend it.

blah!!! I had an appt for a cable guy to come over and look at a problem we were having. They said between 8 & 11 today, and of all times, the dude was here at 10 to 8, I was so not expecting that. And the problem couldn't even be fixed.
