Good morning all. Boobsy - you were absolutely the cutest little guy I ever saw! Every day/year is adorable!

I've got a nice weekend visit coming up with Ms. Pennywise and her gang. We're all going to go see Hairspray on Sunday. And of course Harry P. arrives tomorrow so that blows that day.

I just saw a review for Dirty Rotten Scoundrels in San Diego.

I'm no longer sorry that the tour is skipping DC.

And I'm still waiting to hear the Potter spoilers - if she kills Harry, I'm not only not getting this one, but I'm getting rid of the full hard AND softback editions I already have of the series!

Off to the train station - first stop, NYC. Tomorrow I head on up to Maine for a week of sailing, kayaking, whale watching, hiking and museum hopping.....but little or no internet.

The Australian release time is 9am Saturday. Bookstores will be inundated as there are no postal deliveries on a Saturday... not even for Harry.

I just love them. I love the detail and character development she puts into the books. I really think the movies main appeal is the casting. The kids and adults they hired to play those roles are absolutely dead-on accurate. I have no idea how they appeal (or not) to those who've never read the books but I can't imagine it's nearly as wonderful as it is to the readers.
