Coffee and a Nutrigrain bar as usual. I'm so boring. I wouldn't mind lasagne once in a while.

Good morning, RobbO. I'm feeling fine but my ankle and foot hurts like H. I'm truly getting tired of all the limping around. I hope it gets better soon!

How are you? Does the back give you any more trouble? I worry about DD and what's causing all his back problems.

i sympathize with you, mamie, and i haven't had nearly as much trouble as you have had. funny you should mention it but lately i swear that i'm starting to feel the same symptoms in my back on my left side now. (i first had the pain in my back on my right, leading to the sciatica down my right leg months later.)

so i'm kind of concerned what this means. hopefully it will go away and amount to nothing. i don't want to go through another surgery, nor do i know if i would.

while the surgery was successful, each morning when i wake up i have a numbness/dull ache in my right ankle that goes away after i take a few steps. it's weird. and i don't like it.

hopefully you and dreamer will feel better soon!

Robb, this might be a stupid question, but are you sure the ankle is related to your back problems?

Could it be a bit of arthritis? I have a similar problem/sensation every morning with my left knee and it is arthritis. It goes away after a few steps.

ego much? i was talking about a lapdance from shamey.

shamey, i just assumed it was from the back/sciatica since most of my pain was concentrated in my lower leg - right behind the knee. and after the surgery the doctor told me i do have permanent nerve damage from the bulging disc pressing on my nerve. you know that reaction that you have when the doc hits you in the ankle with his hammer thing (no, no that thing, boobs) ? i don't have that reaction anymore.

maybe if i do more exercises to build strength in my leg it will be better, but exercise is a four-letter word in my house....
