Hi mom- DC was fine. Minor flooding in areas that usually flood and spots of power loss. Still very windy today, but not dangerously so. Did you get much snow?

We got snow on Sunday then it turned to rain. The wind came in early Monday morning. Lots of rain, never lost power, lots and lots of wind (and Dave had a flight to catch) To day we still have some lingering rain but hardly any wind.

**toasts a bagel for Guido** Easiest thing at the moment.

Today was actually very nice temperature wise (except now, it's cold. I'm bundled under my fleece tinkerbell blanky!). It hasn't rained much today, but my whole town is still under water. But it wasn't like this when I left for work. I come home and it took me 10 minutes to get down my street because they are diverting ALL of the traffic to this area.
