Who else cannot get to sleep? I am in such a bad routine...going to sleep at 4 AM, getting up at 4 PM. How do I get out of this? Just get up early? This is ruining my eating schedule and everything. It is very bad for me.
Yes, try waking up early and knocking your internal clock out, and also see if you can exercise at night...that always helps me sleep better.
I have been doing the same thing. I stay up all night, sometimes until it's light out and then sleep well into the afternoon. I know it is soooo bad and I really need to get out of this habit before this semester starts but I just can't help it. For some reason I love being up at night when no one else is!
