Hep - I love that you are prepared for pasta emergencies!
And, Hugh did Australia proud. A beautiful tribute to his beloved country.

I LOVE the "recreation of the first date"!!!! What special memories! And you both kept your hands off Hugh - what restraint!
Mornin'
Off to the gym. Very frustrating -- I've reached a plateau, and while I'm not gaining, I'm not losing. Which means I have to change things up and work even harder.
Bleh...
I'd be more than happy to take all future Dovetail meals off your hands.

This is where I want to be . . .
SoMMS, I say this with love and because I know you're right:
Shut up.
Spit take! I'd sooner give up a kidney than a meal at Dovetail.
Morning peeps! It was an amazing evening. Words can't even describe my feelings. All I can say to Addy is...
Just once before I go
I want you to know
That I have loved you all along
And even when we're far apart
I only need to feel you're living in my heart
And I'll be strong
Love you just the way
I've loved you all along
XO
Morning all.
Glad both shows were enjoyed last night. I am very excited about my date next week to see Memphis!
Bad 12 hours for Tink. iPhone upgrade screwed up and wiped the entire phone, which caused me to drink more and more wine, which gave me the grand idea to use a knife to help loosen a cork, which lead to a nice gash on my left hand, which also lead to a ruined manicure. Never a dull moment.
But, was the wine good?
eh, so so. but after a glass or two you really arent focusing on the taste anymore.
Good God Tink.
I think we need to reconsider whether knives are permitted in Casa Serenity.
Morning Adults. I have a trip to CR in my near future. So looking forward to it.
Mama YWIW is coming over tonight to finally see the new dining room. So, I think the wine will be open on this coast.
Someone give me a winning lottery ticket please.
I could figure out a way to injure myself absurdly with a sponge. Taking knives away wouldnt help lol.
So on that note - any framily members that feels the need for me to have your number - please text me so I can store it. thank you and have a nice day.
Hopefully I have your right number. Texted you.
Good morning, all!
Good morning, Somms! How are you this morning?
So far so good, Tink. The boss's (#2,539) retirement soiree is tonight.

GAH! These early morning meetings give me such a late start on the rest of my day. All I seem to do is run late for the rest of the day. Never too busy to greet my framily, though!
'Morning!

Jimeny Cricket stopped by to say "NAH NAH NAH NAH" to SOMMS.
the photo disturbs me for some odd reason.

That's one of SOMMS's pets. He's raising them in his basement. Not quite as popular as Shiba Inus, but they're very low-maintenance.
Serenity needs new toys... Maybe she'll go visit.
They are evil! What's bad is that the carpet on the office side of the basement is the same color that they are, as is the painted floor on the laundry room side. They usually scare the crap out of me (again, similiar color) when I walk around down there.

Regarding the laundry room: if they can't find food to eat, they'll munch big holes in anything wool or cotton. They don't DO synthetics, thankyouverymuch (I suspect they're metrosexuals). I know this from unfortunate experience. When I removed the fabric buffet, THEY TURNED ON AND ATE EACH OTHER. No kidding - they're not only evil, when famine hits, they're cannibals.
