I managed to put on 10 pounds since September (most in October through December). I took off 2 and damned if the other 8 refuse to follow. When we hit temps in the 80s yestetrday, I tried on a lot of my spring/summer pants from last year. I can only wear two of them. That's depressing.

I tried something new and actually went for a 3 mile walk this morning. If I can make this a habit, maybe I can make a dent on the moud of flesh otherwise known as my behind.

I've split two pairs of pants in the last 3 months......

I could not sleep last night at all so around 5 I gave up and got up. Between 5 & 730 I showered, ate breakfast, read 1/4 of a book, watched the news, cleaned the kitchen & bathroom and did 20 minutes of pilates and got to work. And in about an hour I expect to be passed out drooling on my keyboard. I really wish I could keep up this productivity in the morning thing, but I know it was a fluke thing.

Good for you, You! It's my goal to get back to walking for an hour each evening after work. That allows me to eat two extra carrots. Can you feel my unbridled joy?

I've resigned myself to the fact that this is my body and I've embraced it. It enjoys food and so I feed it...it needs fuel just like my gas tank.

Well its official I will finally see my future husband live and in person. Now to start working my contacts to see who can get me backstage. I know a few people who have worked at the venue and well time to call in a few owed favors :)

I'm sure restraining orders are getting filed as I post this.
