I need it. On top of the regular tons of crap I do here on a daily basis, they have now asked me to do phone coverage again while the receptionist is on vacation.

But I did take a step last night and finally updated my resume.... me thinks its time to start circulating it.

Hola, peeps!

I could get used to coming to work at 9:00am! Ate breakfast at home, read the newspaper and took my sweet time getting ready. There are all of 4 people in the building today. I mioght even take the afternoon off!

I've got a whimisical Tink antic that will hopefully brighten up you morning.

6:25am Tink is woken up by this loud beeping and bell ringing. Having consumed a few adult beverages last night, she was a bit slow on the uptake and was wondering what it was since her phone ring is different. Finally catching on, she panics that the smoke alarms are going off. However she franticly cannot trace it to anyplace in her apartment, so finally realizes it must be the building as a whole. Opens the door and the alarm is going off in the hallway. Not seeing smoke but still in a panic she went to go outside in the courtyard. Just as she was about to open the outer door, she realizes that she is only wearing a tank top. Runs upstairs to throw on clothes, freaking out even more that she may have locked herself out - luckily she didnt, and back out the door, and I am the only one there. She stays out there a good 5 more minutes until the alarm stops, alone, since she was paranoid.

I am a walking freakin sitcom I tell ya.

It (the alarm) must happen a lot. The nearly naked chick freaking out will be the hot topic in the laundry room for weeks.

I hope the adults are swell - getting ready for F&J rehearsal; had an interview for a Holiday gig in which I was told they thought I was not qualified but still wanted to gear what my take on the show would be. Pondering my next step.

Brdy!!! It's been ages. All is good ...

So I turned down said gig - well, I withdrew my name from consideration. No way I could come up with a concept for the show by Monday when I have a 10/11 day on Sunday.

Looks like 2011/2012 is going to be a time of slow but steady growth instead of crazy busy like this season we're wrapping up. Meeting with my mentor today ... I'm sure we'll discuss the upcoming year, potential productions ...

Poddie, what a wonderful Good Friday we had. It was so nice spending the whole day with you. Framily, you all need to see "The Book of Mormon" It was hysterical! The entire cast is brilliant in their performances. It was nice to see an original show that transformed me into their world and made me forget about everything else going on in the world today. I will be returning to this one.

Howdy Tink and Boobs. Such a great weekend starting with a day with my poddie -- two great shows and lots of chat -- perfection! I spent Saturday and Sunday with two of my pageant peeps and we had so much fun -- gambling, drinking, eating, laughing. I murdered another bunny -- of the chocolate variety -- and it was the running joke of weekend.

heh... so we are under so much pressure here at work this week to really do the impossible. If we dont do it, the shareholders wont be happy and that is never good, but it is near impossible to do all we need to in one week.

So this morning we discover that somehow the annual renewal payment for our domain name was never paid and is now suspended. So our connection to all of our clients networks has been cut, our e-mail is not working, and several other bad things. And best case scenerio it will be fixed in 24-48 hours.

Anyone looking to hire an expereinced Operations Analyst? I have a feeling one will be on unemployment soon! lol

Fuuny SOMMSY, I spent the rest of my weekend pretty much the same way.

Tinky, how the heck do they forget to pay a bill like that? I'm sure they even rec'd multiple notices of past due payment. Someone should be fired for their incompetancy! Just sayin'
