Dame - I realized after I posted the grade it would hurt her GPA (she's transferring to another department starting in the fall) so I went back and changed it to a B-. I can't give her an A - based on the work she was doing before she left, and a bunch of absences before she withdrew, the that's highest grade she would have gotten had she stayed in the class.

DAME, the family is fine - finishing school this week. The girls are working hard on finals for once! Mrs. Brd has quit the fitness business and is doing odd jobs.
Next to Normal - LOVED IT! Excellent local production of Working, Spring Awakening with the girls - pretty good.

Deet, you did not piss me off...although you did deprive me of a mint 
brd...it took me 5 very long hours to get home from D.C. yesterday. My sciatica is pissed at me!

DAME - I have to add a spectacular local production of Spamelot!
Mooney - they are so much better prepared this semester! C17 struggles with Algebra - had to pay $90/hour for a tutor for a math emergency!

Moony, the boy did offer, but the GPS said only 45 minutes to go...I guess that meant without all the traffic we hit. He was a doll when we got home and told me to get on the couch and relax...then he proceeded to iron all of my work shirts and a couple of pants...that was so worth all the driving.

Sorry it was a rough ride, poddie. I got home in three hours, but I left at the crack of dawn. I had Matt Morrison serenading me all the way home, but my shirts for this week are wrinkled.

I must have washed 10 loads of laundry this weekend. I ironed pants for Mrs. Brd twice this weekend!
Y - you are right about that! Nearly exceeds my hourly rate. She was very good and gave C17 some much needed confidence!

Moony, LOL! He likes to iron and is very good at it I must add. I take after my Mom, not good at ironing. I think it works out perfectly...I do the laundry, he irons, I cook, he cleans the pots. 
Poddie, we left at 10 a.m., but stopped in Maryland for lunch. We were back on the road by noon. It didn't matter. We hit the traffic because of the construction on the NJ Turnpike. Not that anyone was working. GLEE kept us company.

So it appears to problem is with my airport, not with the cable. Geek Squad has been summoned, but the earliest appointment I could get is Thursday.
This happened the last time we went away too. I don't have the patience for this crap.
