I had a very international new year. The party I was at had people visiting from Amsterdam, London but originally from Equador, and a few others. It was very interesting.

that is a very good point. I'm a bit bi-polar when it comes to that. I don't mind the person until they give me reason too, which just happens to happen very quickly in most cases.

Freddie is a character in CHESS. Also in MY FAIR LADY. But I suspect DD is referring to CHESS, as that's a part that Adam played.
