Having a very wet day over here ... expecting over 5" of rain today. The road to my building is flooded ... had to part 2 buildings over and walk.

Wow, that is a lot of rain. We need some. We had a very uneventful hurricane season, which I'm not complaining about, but that also means very little rain.

You can have some of ours. You'd think we'd be used to rain ... but not in these amounts. Thankfully I have an easy commute, but commutes that are usually 30 minutes were taking 2 1/2 hours today.

Oh yeah, I'm much better now. I did most of the damage Saturday night/Sunday morning. I didn't get home until 5 AM and still woke up around 9:30.

Last night, I went to dinner with my parents. It was nice and quiet, and I stuck with wine.

Wow ... blue skies are a distant memory.

We are having a winter storm, guido. It snowed on Saturday, and it's been raining HEAVILY for two days now. Lots of flooding and street closures. Not fun.
