Equus was spectacular. The guy next to me, when it was over, said he was worried for a sec...I almost stopped breathing. Just...WOW.

MP! I am the crankiest ever! I have new back pain! I never go to the doctor, but my ortho expert might get a call in the morning! I had to got to a meeting for a fund raiser! So unorganized!!! When I return home C15 wants me to help her with PowerPoint, but she does not know all of the details! Then, this election and economy..................

Everything sucks. They were out of Michaelangelo's Frozen Egg Plant Parmigiana at Whole Foods. Blueberries were $5.00 for a pint. My TMJ is back in full swing and I'm consuming mass quantities of painkillers that all seem to end with the letters "cet." The only thing I'm looking forward to is spending next week in NYC where I'll probably get run over by one of those super-annoying bicycle rickshaw things.

So, my company is secure and not at risk of failing.

Business is booming, especially in Asia, where folks are trying to dump products of a major competitor that has been in the news.

Crazy times.

All it means for me is that my job is secure, and that there will be even more work to do.

Perhaps my bonus next year will be a smidge higher, but I am sure they will find a way to play with expenses to offset any increase in actual sales.

I just want to be able to take a breath or two during the work day (though I did get a beautiful scarf today from a colleague from HK who was in our offices, so that is something...)

Yep. I do not envy you. Having your own shop is a lot of extra stress and strain.

I don't make the "big" bucks, but I get a life.

I don't have that innate desire to work for myself, though it runs in the rest of my family like whoa.

Just finished "At Close Range" - writing the paper on it now. Very good movie.

I worked as a contractor for a bit, and though I liked it, I never turned away work. I was always afraid of a downturn later on.

Off to do some reading before bed.

things are pretty good on this end. Our office is meeting goals, so hopefully we'll be stable for a while. As long as there's public work to be done ... and keeping busy with shows. Keeps my mind busy ...

Mornin' All!

Most of you know how I feel about you. I'm sure I've told you repeatedly on drunken nights, but Moony is my personal goddess. And that's that.

Oh, I dragged a friend to see RENT at the movies last night and he LOVED it. I was really impressed with how they filmed it. There were a couple of places where the sound didn't synch up perfectly, but overall I think they did an awesome job.

Morning!

Finally starting to feel the body effects of not eating, stress, and moving. Blah, but that is why god created pain medication.

I must say though I am quite slim at the moment..I put on a sweater I haven't worn since last year and was like "woah"! lol

I would like to see Equus but there are still so many other shows I need to catch up on. I do have a silver lining though, I have a ticket to see my boy Josh in Play it Cool next Sunday, so that is enough to keep me going through this week.
