I know I'm "early" and some of the Leftcoasters are probably still hanging out on their Wednesday night, but I may not get to post until later on Thursday, so I am saying now, "GOOD MORNING!!!!"

And WHAT a good morning it is! Saw BILLY ELLIOT last night. SO MUCH BETTER than the London production I saw in the summer of '07. Highly recommended.

Oh, the oatmeal reminds me that I just realized that I need to drastically reduce my sugar intake. Pretty much everything in my pantry has more sugar than I should be eating in a single serving. So much for low fat equalling healthy.

I loved BILLY ELLIOT. Much more than I anticipated. And the kid who was on last night as Billy was spectacular. I can't imagine a better performance from any of the others - he carried the show with ease, and his dancing was incredible!

Shamey, Mrs Brd and I were embarrassed as we heard the report on children's cereals and the sugar content. Yes, we were aware of the garbage that we feed the kids, but it is too poingnant when it is on The Today Show in the kitchen.
